The Landsby was born from a love of food, family, and the belief that great meals bring people together. AJ, our chef, trained in culinary school and spent years working across different roles in the industry—from fine dining to corporate kitchens. But the rigid structure of corporate chef life just didn’t fit. He wanted to create something real, something personal.
That’s where I come in ( Ashley, His wife) -after over a decade in social media and marketing, I’ve built a career around storytelling and connecting with people. Together, we launched The Landsby to serve up bold, comforting flavors while building a community around food. Whether it’s through catering, pop-ups, or (soon) our food truck, we’re here to feed both stomachs and souls.
